This life transformational Intensive Teacher Training program has been specifically created by Rachelle. She is a teacher of the teachers and draws upon her wisdom and deep connection to the crystal kingdom and shamanism to bring to you this amazing opportunity. She has 20 years experience in running workshops to over 10,000 students and 50 teachers and in this program she offers a gold mine of knowledge on how to create a business and run workshops.


Rachelle worked at Hay House Australia where she gained priceless information and hands on experience on how to run successful workshops in the healing industry. Over her decades in the business she recognised that there was a grey area between Spiritual Teachers and them actually having the tools on how to get themselves out into the world. So she came up with this one of a kind program. You will be offered a simple 6 month business plan and everything you require to get yourself and your business out into the world. This program offers two packages, Crystal Awakening or Crystal Shamanism. Crystal Awakening offers 3 approved healing workshops and modalities and Crystal Shamanism offers 2 approved healing modalities for you to teach. You can take the work and make it your own or you can follow the workshop program requirement and teach the work as approved and recognised modalities.


One of Rachelle's passions is to assist others to do what they love and love what they do. She holds a deep sacred space for teachers to awaken to their own personal power and healing wisdom. important things to know




  • You will run the workshops under your own branding, business name, ABN and separate from Rachelle Charman.
  • You will be required to design your own marketing banners, certificates and covers for the workbooks. You are given samples however these need to be branded to your business. All text is supplied you just need to insert your branding.
  • In all your marketing you are required to mention the workshops are created by Rachelle Charman.
  • In the cost of the initial training you receive 1 free mentoring session. After that you have the opportunity to have ongoing sessions for $100 an hour.
  • Due to the workshops being approved by IICT, you are required to be a member of IICT to teach. Before you are eligible to teach Crystal Awakening and Crystal Shamanism you have to have attained your certification in these modalities.

Package 1 - Handover of Crystal Awakening Level 1, 2 & 3 Workshops Cost $3500 - Offered over 3 Days one on one teaching.


Package 2 - Handover of Crystal Shamanism Level 1 & 2 Workshops Cost $3500 - Offered over 3 Days one on one teaching.


Only one package can be taken at a time. If you would like to do the second teaching package it will cost $1000 additional for each Workshop and one day additional one on one with Rachelle to hand over.
